Due to COVID19, TELEHEALTH consultations can be booked if you are not able to attend face to face. You will need the ZOOM app and supply an email address. The URL link will be sent to you in the confirmation email. Click on this link at the time of the appointment to join.
TELEHEALTH ONLY Consultation will be bulk billed if a new valid referral is uploaded during the booking process. Please upload the referral if you have it. Alternatively ask your GP to fax it to 86781321Without a referral the consultation will be pre-billed and there will be no Medicare rebate available.
For either face to face or Telehealth consultations, please now choose the preferred appointment below then enter your CHILD's (patient) name followed by your contact and registration details.
You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to-view appointment details-and-reschedule-up to 24 hrs prior to appointment. Please take note of the cancellation policy.
Please follow the link in the View Appointment Details screen to- Register for an Account -which will make future bookings faster and allow you to check validity of a previous referral easily (referrals are valid for 12 months from the date of issue).
