You MUST have a valid GP referral addressed to Dr Martin Tuszynski as a pdf or photo to upload in full to book an INITIAL CONSULTATION (for a new patient/new issue/or when a previous referral has expired).

If you do not yet have a referral, you cannot book the appointment right away, but you can still click on the desired consult option and location to check the next available date.

We can place you on a cancellation list if earlier appointment slots become free - please add the words CANCELLATION LIST at the end of the free text section at time of booking.

If booking a REVIEW CONSULT, please make sure the initial referral is still valid - 12 months from the date of first referral. This information will be in your original initial appointment confirmation email (an email you should save!). Otherwise email us if unsure :) Click to email

When registering please ensure you enter:

then YOUR contact and registration details.

You will receive a confirmation email with all the pertinent information including fees and a link to:

-view appointment details

-reschedule-up to 48 hrs prior to appointment

There is quite a lot of info to enter SO if you create a login at the end, you will thank your lucky starts as this will save you a lot of time for subsequent bookings and allow you to see if referral is still valid
